Our new specialist operation in the industrial zone (Born), Kaiserbaracke, exclusively for sausage products, was planned according to the latest technological and ecological ideas and completed at the end of 2010. On our premises, operations are perfectly tailored to the requirements of our range of sausages.
Sausage production occurs exclusively in our own industrial zone operation which is equipped with the latest technology. Traditional recipes are highly prized in our range and are superbly complemented with individual new developments.
Daily sausage production allows us to achieve the highest standard of freshness.
Today our Original Ardennes Ham is still painstakingly hand-produced in MONTENAU, as it has been for generations.
